Energy work is a gentle, natural and non evasive approach to healing. Clients report feeling a deep sense of peace together with renewed feeling of vitality after their session. Weaving together energy healing with scent and sound healing helps bypass the conscious mind and create an opportunity for the body’s nervous system to shift out of fight and flight and into rest and safety.
Essential oils work directly with the limbic part of the brain, the seat of emotion, memory and the survival response. They carry messages from the plants into the body that our sacred intelligence within instinctively recognises and processes whilst completely bypassing the thinking mind.
Sound healing compliments this as each instrument, including the voice, produce vibrations that the body receives into every cell of the body. Entraining brainwaves, slowing the breath and signalling to the nervous system that it’s safe to relax.
The hand pan drum used in the session is tuned to the frequency of the root chakra, the first and vital element of the energy centres in the body. When the root chakra is balanced and open we can feel grounded, present and have a greater feeling of peace within.
The sessions are 1:2:1 and are 1.5 hours long and are carried out at Star Alchemy, Ludstone, Claverley WV5 7DE.
