Star Alchemy Classes

There's a reason practices focused on reconnection often incorporate natural elements. Nature operates on rhythms that our bodies recognise instinctively. The Energy Alchemy Classes are held at Star Alchemy HQ in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. Practising movement and breathwork surrounded by nature enhances the experience and intensifies the ‘alchemy’.

Star Alchemy HQ is located 15 minutes from Bridgnorth, 30 minutes from Kidderminster and 20 minutes from Stourbridge.
