In this hands on interactive session you will learn to blend essential oils, crystals and botanicals to create your own personalised aromatherapy energy spray. Focusing on cleansing, energising or uplifting your healing spaces and home, you’ll leave with your very own custom blended bottle.

In this 2.5 hour workshop we will cover the properties of different essential oils, safety in blending top, middle and base notes and setting intentions for the spray.

These sprays are designed for daily wellbeing, clearing stagnant energy, or boosting mood.

You will also discover how to use the knowledge you’ve gained to also make your own deodorant and cleaning sprays with recipes to take away with you for you to enjoy crafting at home.

Sessions are informal, relaxed and creative and all are welcome. Herbals teas and oil infused snacks will also be provided throughout, helping you to feel calm and relaxed and nourished by the time you are ready to leave.
